POST /api-keys//regenerate

Este endpoint regenera uma chave de API. Gera um novo valor preservando os metadados (nome, descrição, permissões). A chave antiga deixa de valer na hora.
O novo valor da chave só é exibido uma vez. A chave anterior deixa de funcionar imediatamente.
Não é possível regenerar a chave de API usada na própria requisição.
